Check-in: 8:30-9:00 am

Session 1: 9:00-11:00 am

Session 2: 11:30-1:30 pm

COST: $50 check to Ithaca Wrestling Club (paid at the door or mailed to Karen LaFace, 104 Homestead Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850), cash at the door, or Venmo: @IthacaWrestlingClub

PARTICIPANTS: All interested boy or girl wrestlers (An active USA Wrestling membership is required to participate).

Your wrestler will need a USA wrestling Membership (either a non-competition membership if not competing in competition or a full athlete membership if you plan to go to competitions).  Both can be purchased through USA Wrestling.  Please be prepared to show proof of membership.
